2009 Borneo Tours

See baby orangutans being fed, Green Turtles laying eggs or take a walk on the Canopy Walkway high up in the treetops of the Borneo jungle…

These are just a few of your possibilities when you visit Sabah  which is located on the northern tip of Borneo and which is the third largest island in the world. Its capital, Kota Kinabalu, is a 2 and 1/2 hour flight from Singapore.

The other name to Sabah is “The Land Below The Wind”. It is blessed with some of nature’s most breathtaking wonders. It has the world’s oldest rainforest’s and lots of sandy beaches, tropical islands and colorful coral reefs.

Its year round sunshine ensures Malaysia’s growing tourism and it is fast becoming one of the most popular travel destinations in the world. While it does get torrential seasonal rain, this should not turn you off this paradise. Its rainfall is very seasonal and typical of any equatorial climate.

Travelling by air to Malaysia can be very inexpensive with one of the world’s leading low cost carrier.

We have just updated Things To Do in Sabah. You can plan & book directly from this blog – but visiting FincaFantasticaTravel will give you more options and a lot more information.
